Current Events

Now, I am finished with student teaching and officially graduated last week! I am so excited to head over to South Sudan for six months. The end of college has been a time of reflection for me and I want to end by sharing with you a few things God has been teaching me about myself and about Him.

• He loves His people. I have had ample opportunities over and over to see His faithfulness to His church and His faithfulness to His covenant.
• I fail so often to love people.  
• When my heart is breaking, look to Jesus who has such tangible compassion on the downtrodden
• God is so great that there is nowhere to flee His presence. Also, His mercy and goodness pursue me wherever I go.
